How to Choose and Use an EasyTelcom pre-paid 'phone card:

First of all you need to determine how you make most of your calls. The following will tell you which card you need to ask for:

• the EasyTelcom City card
  this is the card you would choose if most of your calls are made to landlines in one (or more) specific Major World City as opposed to various different locations in a given country (or countries)
  
• the EasyTelcom Global card
  this is the universal use card you would choose if most of your calls are made to landlines in a spread of various Global locations
  
• the EasyTelcom Mobile card
  this is the card you would choose if most of your calls are made to Mobile/Cellphone numbers around the world

To buy a card simply pop down to your local corner shop and ask the assistant. Our EasyTelcom cards are stocked in thousands of corner shops around the country. If your local shop doesn't stock it, please contact us and we will get your cards delivered to you.

WARNING! Do not insert your card into a payphone card slot!

Once you have your card, look at the reverse where the instructions will be clearly printed. Before you make a call, use a coin or your fingernail to scratch off the grey strip in the middle:

Use a push button tone phone only:

1. Dial access: 0845 0800 410 or 0207575 7131 or 0800 279 8186
2. Then enter the account number you found under the grey scratch strip
3. Then dial your destination number using the local code for UK calls (or the international country code if calling outside the UK).
4. To make a follow-on call, press **.

Your card expires 60 days after first use.
